De Leche 8-9 kls 2, 500 pesos
Small 10-22 kls 3, 200 pesos
medium 26-28 kgs 4, 800 pesos
Big 64-67 kgs 9,000 pesos

Hi Doc lets say you have a 20kg hog live weight how many kg of lechon would you get?

Around 10-14 kgs.

Usually the dressing percentage would be 70-80% but the younger the animal is the lower the dressing percentage.

I would try to look for a sample dressing percentage and post it here.
