1. Determine the demand in your area based on preferred weight (some client needs large chicken (1.
others are preferred medium-sized chicken (1.6 kg).
2. Know the budget allocations for your target volume (population of chicks) per cycle.
3. Purchased class A DOC's from disease-free hatchery.
4. Purchased high quality feeds to optimized the performance of your Class A day-old-chicks.
5. Make sure that farm materials (waterer, feeders, light bulb, medicines, vaccines) are complete before loading date.
6. Your building must be cleaned thoroughly of at least 2 weeks before chicks arrival at summer or 3 weeks during rainy seasons.
7. Vaccines,vitamin, and antibiotics must always use properly to maximized flock performance.
8. Medication and vaccination program are depends on the area contact your veterinarian for proper implementation to avoid losses due to disease outbreak in the farm.
