Just to be clear, in terms of complying to ECC (Environemental Complaince Certificate) requirements , it is not based on the sow-level. It is based on the number of pigs (heads).
<100 heads, no ECC requirements
>100 <1000 heads, an IEE checklist is required (Initial Environmental Examination)
>1000 heads, you should submit an IEE
