Hi Agritech,

I'll be reopening my uncle's pig farm..

Do you have systems that can already be integrated to existing farms? Please send me a copy of your research..

Hello to all swine growers,

I'm developing a Swine farm automation, Climate Control and Waste Management system for small to medium backyard farm. The main goal is to provide cost effective automation solutions for family own swine farms, that can  reduce labor cost/Time, improve farm efficiency and productivity, farm management flexibility and reliability and invironment protection. Below are the design concept subsytems arranged based on development priority, the prototype will be ready for evaluation in 2-3 months. The modular system can be integrated as needed, interested parties please send me your email address for status updates and product evaluation request.

1. Main Automation controller

- It will integrate all of the functions of the automation subsystems based on the Farm operating setups. It will constantly monitor sensors such as temperature, humidity, water level, feed weight and utility power.

2. Automatic Feeding system

- The user can setup the feeding system, such as wet or dry feeding system, feeding rate and schedule and total feed consumption. All the feeding parameters will be displayed using LCD display.

3. Climate Control
- This subsytem will monitor multiple temperature and humidity sensors in the farm and automatically adjust the Ventillation and coolling system based on the settings  of  the operator. The system will also provide airflow management to control odor and toxic ammonia.

4. Waste Management System
- The waste Management system will include Bio-Digester for biogas and Bio-Fertilizer production.

5. Low Power Biogas to Electricity

- This system will include biogas purification system, gas compression and low capacity Electricity power generation.

6. Power Management and security alarm system.

- This system will include automatic biogas power generation start-up, battery back-up  system, power distribution, ligthing control and security alarms.

Hi this is Wilmer of Jacob Farms, I'm interested on your project please send me the status or details @ wilmer@jacobfarms.ph. Thanks
