Take healthy precautions lang, better to use a mask para di malanghap, nakakairritate kasi sya sa lungs pero yun lang naman, ibat-iba rin kasi ang klase ng zeolite. May Sodium type and calcium type. Sodium type ay toxic at ginagamit for industrial grade. Calcium type ito yung freshwater type at tama sya sa CLINOPTILOLITE ang dapat bilhin. wala naman masamang naging epekto sa papa ko kasi matagal na syang nagtatake nitong clinoptilolite type sa food nya he's now 78 years old at malakas pa rin cya
