doc, tanong ko lang po ano ba yong rules ng government agencies in the set up ng piggery? in terms po of location and permits? ang pagkakaalam ko po kasi if you less than 100 heads you do not need to seek a permit from DENR..but if you have 100-1000 heads, you need to comply with what they call IEE checklist..
