ah thats good to hear maybe GONADIN is good for timing-para mapagsabay sabay ang sows to mate (just a thought ).. one more thing doc, nasabi nyo po na dapat ipabulog ang isang dumalaga pag 8 months old na to. pero one of my gilt ay nangandi na in her 6months old-2x na naglandi maybe 90-100kg na sya.so ipinabulog ko na po. meron po bang disadvantage ito? meron naman po akong 2 pang gilts (different race) the same age as her pero di pa sya naglalandi. can i use GONADIN for these two?

Sana wait mo until it is 110-130 kgs. although it already show sign of heat it is too early pa rin.
Kung baga sa tao isip bata pa di pa pwede mag asawa.
It might lack the mothering ability it needs to nurture its piglet.
But if you already bred it then just wait na lang for it to farrow and try to give special attention if it is a little aggressive.

For the other gilts you could use gonadin around 7-8 months if still does not show any sign of heat. As much as possible they should heat on their own kasi .

i see. now i know why hinihintay till 8 months old. sa backyard farm naman kase according sa mga magbubulog mas maliliit pa raw ang pinabubulugan nila. well that's phedophilia... and now doc im shifting from grower to breeder na since its already 6 months.

Sa kulig nagdedewrom 1 week pagwalay tpos deworm after 2 weeks. Pero minsan kung nagagawa mo naman ang deworming sa inahin palagi at laging malinis ang kulungan kahit isang beses na lang sa kulig.

Any stress could affect the pregnancy of the animal. check the animal sa 21 days nito and 42 days if shows signs of reheat/paglalandi.

Retained placenta is the technical term. Retained placenta sometimes means there is still piglet inside the sow. In your case if there is no piglet included with the placenta possible that there have been atony/no movement of the uterus so it took a while before it is expelled.

As long as the sow is eating well and there is no sign of fever or weakness then it is okay.

doc wat if lumampas ng 114days ang gestation period ng inahin? lets say 116 days or 117 days na no signs pa rin of giving birth? ilang days po ba dapat maghintay ng panganganak bago turukan ng prostaglandin? tnx.   

Read the label of the drug some drug kasi suggest 2 days delayed saka ka bigay ng gamot.

THe longest na naencounter ko is 5 days due before nanganak.
