Doc, nagbibigay din po ba kayo nito? kung nagbibigay kayo, tinitignan nyo po ba muna ang baboy bago nyo bigyan at magkano po ang bayad kapag may humingi po sa inyo ng Veterinary Health Certificate?

Yes, it is required that the vet see the animal to confirm whether the animal is healthy or not. When i was in the field i just give it for free specially if it is our customer or friend.

You could ask your local Municipal Agriculture office or provincial vet office for this certificate.
