Usually during this time (near election period) there are some projects by local government pertaining to livestock. Try to ask nlang your barangay captain.

In terms of feed and day old chick, go to your nearest poultry supply. If you are ordering more than 5000 heads then you could go directly to different hatcheries around bulacan or pampanga.
