binabaliktad, from time to time para hindi  magkaroon ng discoloration yun meat...

yun minsan nakikita natin greenish discoloration sa meat na chilled dahil yun sa isang side lagi nalalamigan yun isa hindi masyado.

Hi To All,

I'm planning to put-up a meatshop business. Actually I currently working at puregold head office under non-trade payable. So lahat ng pricing between co & suppliers nakikita ko. That's why I'm very much excited & potentially na kikita sa meatshop business. But hanggang dun plang ang aking alm. Gusto ko sanang malaman ano bang mga permit from gov't ang kailangan icomply & at kung magkano ang capital na kakailanganin. Please help. Thank You.
