Hello Pinoymacuser,

Have you tried milking some of your goats? How much milk can we get from 1 head say, "500 ml daily?"

Which is better to breed in terms of maintenance, i.e., feeding, etc. for dairy purposes.
Is it cow or goat?

It's a good alternative source of fresh milk instead of buying directly from grocery store, esp. if one lives
in a farm area, right?

Thanks!

I am interested in goat raising. Where can I attend a seminar here in metro manila or its nearby provinces in central luzon or probably in isabela. I am planning to have my goat farm in isabela.

Should you be able to visit a real working goat farm, gives one a better idea if goat rasing is something they might like to farm.Visit with working farms first and then decide if you might like to enter this side of agriculture.Seminar's take place from time to time and also yearly is the big goat and sheep agricultural fair.

Maybe you could visit with Alaminos Gaot Farm.
