Hello,
I've noticed that in other countries, they base their menu on seasonal fruits and vegetables.
Even though the Philippines does not have four seasons, there are certain months where harvest is at its most ideal. For example, mangoes in Guimaras are at its premium during the second or third week of April (I think).
I'm looking for a list but I couldn't find any. Could you help me?
I'm currently working in a restaurant and I'm a culinary student (self-study). Thank you.
