Ang natandaan ko lang dati around 1-2 pesos per bird ang usapan sa ganyan and sila magpapaayos ng kulunga /maintenance especially kapag long term contract

salamat po doc, nagkasundo na po kmi ng 3 pesos per head at 25k ang ilalagay nya, hindi ko lng po alam ko ano ang ilalagay ko sa mga terms and condition, first time ko kasi magpa-upa, usually po ba ako ang bahala sa electric bill at maintenance ng mga facilities katulad ng water pump lighting fixtures and othet electric equipment?
