Always risky to produce something when one is unsure of the market/s needed in the first place.Contract growers have the luxury of an end market.The rest of us have to find/make our own market/s.

Networking with a group of people.Find and talk with people in the restaurant business in your area for live birds,talk with those who sell poultry in the wet market in your area and let it be known you sell live birds from your farm.

You might find,comes down to making or finding your own market for your end product,not always easy to do.
