don't believe in water car, it's a hoax, only Hydrogen fuel cell is technically feasible. The energy input needed to breakdown water to H2,o2 will be much higher than the energy that you can generate, so the efficiency is negative. It's crazy that big oil company spend billions in deep sea drilling to look for possible oil deposit, while water is available everywhere and can be readily utilize.
