POULTRY / Egg Farming Project

Hi Doc,
Newbie here, me and my siblings are in the process of starting an egg farm. We already have a source where to buy the RTL and cage. We will be using the DeKALB layer. Currently we are in the construction phase of the house. At this point I'm still looking for knowledge about the Feed intake per layer, vitamins intake daily and etc. Can someone share some tips, knowledge and guidance. Is there a manual you can share that I can use?
