hello nemo. i am getting interested in raising cattle. im not yet sure if for cattle fattening, cow-calf or dairy. im thinking of doing dairy but i dont have that much information and experience. im starting with a couple of heads for fattening, i have access to bull holsteins. do you think it is good to start this route or go with brahmans?

if anyone has info on cattle fattening, like what's the ideal number of heads to start with, investments and stuff, i'd appreciate it.
