-
-
Backyard 10sows
Small 30sows
Medium 50-100sows
Large 100-500sows
Commercial 500sows and up.

Good thing my wife is from EMB EIA Central office. =)
Just to be clear, in terms of complying to ECC (Environemental Complaince Certificate) requirements , it is not based on the sow-level. It is based on the number of pigs (heads).
<100 heads, no ECC requirements
>100 <1000 heads, an IEE checklist is required (Initial Environmental Examination)
>1000 heads, you should submit an IEE
If you have farms that are qualified above, you need to coordinate this with the EMB regional office, here the link.

@up

If you don't meet the 100 heads minimum, then there is no requirement for ECC nor IEE checklist po.
Cguro just for your information na lng. Ang IEE application processing fee is 3,000. This fee is applicable to all regions.
Here's the link to better understand the ECC processing/procedure.

On the process pa ngayon ang aming papers para maka kuha ng ECC and Business Permits.
-
@L_P,
-
Anong exact location ng farm mo ba @allen? Bk may LGU protocol sila na iniimplement, need you to coordinate with the EMb regional office dun sa binigay kong link.
-
@up_,
as i know wala namang protocol sa area namin kaya lang kasi gusto ko kumoha ng permit just in case sa katagalan mag implement ang bayan namin at hanapan tayo ng permit mainam na my maipakita ka,mura lang naman ang bayaran maka tulong kapa sa bayan mo sa income at the same time lalago ang bayan natin,sa bagong kasabihan na AKO ANG SIMULA..he he he...
