Transporting Piglets

Good Day Doc Nemo,
By next week, we'll be purchasing our piglets for the little piggery. Unfortunately, medyo malayo po ang source namin. It will take almost 3 hours travel, where an hour of which is a trip up a rough road reaching our site.
Doc, im afraid baka ma stress masyado ang piglets sa travel time and the travel itself. You know of a way how we can minimize stress sa piglets when they are transported? Will it help to give them vitamins after? or before they are transported? When stressed po ang piglets, anong effect nito sa growth nila?
Hope to hear your advice on this doc! Thanks

travel early morning or late afternoon kung saan hindi na mainit ang panahon. wag po silang papakainin before magbiyahe and also dapat maybeddings kayo and source of water sa sasakyan. ang bedding binabasa kung masyadong mainit ang singaw ng panahon.
you could give vitamins a day before sila magtravel and give 5 days vitamins supplementation kapag nasa farm nyo na sila. quarantine them first. kung sakaling meron nang mga baboy sa inyong farm better to give vitamins/ preventive antibiotic sa mga ito. in case kasi na may sakit ang dala nilang biik hindi basta basta mahahawa ang kanilang mga baboy.
