doc question ko lang about insemination:

laging sinasabi sa pagbubulog is about TIMING. nakitaan naman sya ng signs like submmissive na sa boar. bakit nagrereheat pa rin? if it is timing then maybe lets base sa mucus na lumalabas. there are two types, ung kulay alaska condensada na puting mucus or clear mucus stage na. alin man sa dalawang stage na to submissive na ang sow dyan. alin po dyan ang the best time to mate? sometimes rin, after nong kulay gatas, malilipasan na agad. ;-( ibig bang sabihin nito its better na pabulugan ang sow once a day in 4 consecutive days para matyambahan mo ung timing na sinasabi nila?

ung sow ko na naka 2 parity na, puro normal bulog ang ginamit sa kanya. now lang sya isinabak sa AI. nalaman ko lang na silent heat sya dahil dinala ko ung teaser boar sa unahan ng pen then sumakay ako sa likod nya. di na sya gumalaw and that very moment then may umagos na clear mucus sa ari nya na di mo madetect kahit fingerin mo ng walang teaser boar. tumawag agad ako ng AI.noong hapon, sinumpit na sya.pero magalaw sya, urong sulong, parang nangangati na inihahampas o paikot ikot ung buntot nya don sa sumpit. pero pag bibigyan mo ng back pressure titigil sya at tahimik normal ba to? kc ung ibang sinumpitan tahimik naman even walang back pressure. im worried lang kase ung isang dumalaga ko na ganito rin ang reaction sa sumpit ay nag-reheat. pero sa 2nd sumpit, tahimik na lang sya. these are important notes sa AI if ready na ba ang sow even its acting uneasy habang sinusumpit.

ang pagbulog po ba ng maraming beses say 4 consecutive days can add more piglets? kase if capable ang sow na manganak ng 20 piglets at 12 lang normally ang success na nabuo sa unang bulog, madaragdan ba ito sa second bulog, or 3rd and so on? if not, it means ba na close na ang conference room after success bulog kahit pa pabulugan mo ng many times hehehe! literally!

PAg aressive pa ung sow. hindi pa timing. timing is 2.5 to 3 days. so you only have 12 hrs to do the importance of timing. expose your sow to the boar at AM then do inseminate PM.

The best timing is when meron nang sign ng back pressure submissiveness. During this time kasi masasabi na malapit na yun ovulation or nag ovulate na ang animal. Ovulation means nag release na ng egg/ova ang animal.
Better bang everyday pabulugan. The more the better, the analogy is the more bullet you use the more chances that you will hit the target, kaso the problem is that you cannot use the same boar everyday.use two boars alternately kung galing lang din sa farm mo yun boar.

2. As much as possible talaga dapat may back pressure while A.I. siya. Kaya yun ibang A.I. technitian kung minsan nakasakay sa likod ng sow while inseminating the animal. By putting the tube inside without the sow knowing na she is being bred the body might react that there is something (like worm, foreign object etc...) na pumapasok sa kanya that's why her body is reacting that way,,, she is just trying to protect her from outside intrusion.

3. Yes , habang dumadami ang dalas ng pagbulog tumataas din ang chance na dumami ang anak nya. although, economics would set in na rin, whether economical pa ba or hindi ipabulog ng more than 2 times. Some farm do it 3 times max.

thanks doc. if i own the boar ok naman cguro kahit 3x. un  nga lang bata pa. maybe in the next coming month. what i did is isang gilt ang experimentally pinabulog ko sa 5mos old jr boar ko. curios lang akong malaman kung ano resulta hehehe.

pinaka maganda paabutin mo ng 1 year ang boar mo bago mo gamitin... then 2x <min> a week lang dapat gamitin ang boar 3x max. better use AI if you have greater than 15 sow level

   successful po ang heat ng gilt ko...

   - October 22 - 6:30 in the morning (tinurukan ko ng GONADIN) 10:30am same day lumabas na ang external sign ng heat
   - October 22 - 5:30 in the afternoon (standing heat na ang gilt)
   - October 23 - 5:00 in the afternoon pina AI ko na sya, pasok lahat walang backflow
   -October  27 ngayon heat pa rin sya with mucous discharge

  normal po ba yung ganon? sa lahat ng gilt ko eto yung pinakamahabang heat period
  successfuk cguro yung AI?

Induced kasi yun heat nya kasi hindi normal ang sign or extended there are times naman na kahit na induced normal ang heat sign nya.

   - ang bilis ng reaction ng GONADIN 4 hours lang pagkaturok heat sya kaagad...

   - ganun po pala basta induced heat, hindi normal, 1 WEEK na kasi, swollen and reddish parin yung vulva with mucous discharge pa..
       worry ako bk kc may infection "UTI" ano po sa tinging nyo doc? first time ko kc gumamit ng GONADIN.

Your lucky sir, it is either the animal is nearing her heat period so when you give the gonadin it shows signs already, But usually the observation period would take 1-3 days and even up to 7 days.

Let it be, just monitor the animal whether it will return to heat on the 21st day again. Neglect the mucous discharge etc

tanong lang po tungkol dun sa number 3. sa halip na boar, the more the A.I. po ba, the more chances of winning din? say 3 times sha na-A.I. in a day?

kung boar naman po ang gagamitin, say 3 ibat ibang boar ang ginamit, pede po bang ibat iba lahi o dapat kung duroc, duroc lang lahat ung tatlo.?
