poultry raising

I'm interested in putting up a small poultry. In fact, we have started for 50 heads and already 45 days old weighing almost 2 kilos per head. Mayroon po bang alternative feeds na puweding gamitin gaya ng banana leaves at seaweeds as I read in the net. Kung puwede po itong mga raw materials na ito, paano po ang preparation.

If you use alternative feed like banana leaves, seaweeds etc pwede naman kaso hindi magiging maayos ang growth ng kanilang animal especially hindi intended for alternativing feeding ang  mga manok na 45 days.

Better if free range chicken ang kanilang nabili mas designed ito for alternative feeding.

doc, gusto ko po sana mag start ng poultry business and piggery.... wala po ako alam masyado im only 25 yrs of old... and im a sailor but my mom want me to be a businessman.... ask po sana ako ng advice how to start this kind of business doc...  sa piggery doc gusto ng mom ko na 10 pig ang start ko... tapos doc i heard yong mga dumi ng manok pwede rin po mapag kakakitaan di po ba doc?

yes yun dumi ng manok ay pwedeng isell as fertilizer.

ask ko lang po pano pinaparami ang 45 days na manok?
i want to breed this chicken but i dont know how.
need ur advise doc if pwede ba maging breeder nito or i will just buy chicks nalang.

Better buy na lang ng day old chick. Hindi kasi economical na sarili mo yun chicks kung hindi naman commercial type ka. Kahit nga po yun most commercial farm mas prefer na bumili na lang.
