hanggang saan ako masusunod at hanggang saan sila masusunod?

Pauwi system

your partner will provide the housing, water, electricty, and labor.

You will provide the animal , medicine and feeds.

Usually you are in command and the sharing is 50-50.

If you earn you will cut the profit 50-50. pagnalugi hati din kayo sa deficit.

Hi Doc Nemo,

As per your personal experience or any member of this forum, how much approximately is the
salary per month of  hog caretaker? The hog caretaker is living-out and he handles a 5-Sow Level.

in one semi commercial farm i know 30-40 sow level, his caretaker salary is only 3,500 per month.

Stay out, work would be 6-8am, 11-1 pm, and 3-5 pm. In between that time he could do his other work like paggagapas, tanim etc sa ibang tao.

Personal opinion,it is not feasible to hire with a salary more than 3,500. At 5 sow level your income would only be almost 5-10 thousand per month minus cost of labor pa.

feeds = 1k plus daw or 1,170

thank you in advance

labor, electricity, water ,  housing and manpower is the obligation of the other party.
While, your obligation includes feeds, piglets, and medicine.
This is the usual set up.
I have posted the sample computation in the other topic.
