Gud pm Doc, Ask ko lang po kung ano ang mas maganda na feeds mash or pellet. sabi po kasi ng doctor ko mas maganda daw po ang mash kasi nakakapag medicate daw kami pag may problema ang kaso dami naman ng waste ng mash at sabi nila mas maganda daw ang pellet kasi luto na daw ito. para sa inyo ho alin ang maganda doc? P 10.00 ho ang difference ang pellet sa mash when it comes to price difference.

Ako mas gusto ko ang mash kasi nga pwede ka maghalo ng gamot.

Ang problema lang sa mash ay hindi mo alam kung gaano ito kafresh/quality.

Ang mash kasi pwede mo lang iimbak ng hanggang 1 buwan, sa ibang kumpanya ang sabi nila 2 buwan bago ito masira.So, i assume mo nalang na isang buwan lang pwede ito maistock, so dpat ang stock mo na mash ay pang isang linggo pagkain lang ng alaga mo. Para kahit na nagtagal na pala ng 2 linggo sa dealer mo ng feeds ang mash pagdating sa iyo hindi pa rin ito masisira kasi hindi naman tatagal sa iyo ang feeds ng mahigit na 2 linggo.

kung puro pang isang linggo lang ang feed supply mo pwede ka magmash at tuwing magpapakain ka basain mo nalang yun pagkain para hindi masyado mataas ang wastage.

Personally, i prefer mash because like your vet said, you can medicate.

The problem with mash in the backyard level is that you do not know how fresh is the product.

Mash have a shorter shelf life. Usually around 1 month. Some company claim it could last 2 months without spoilage. So, assume that it would last for a month, so in essence your stock should only be for a week supply.

So, even if the mash is stocked in your local dealer for atleast 2 weeks you could still assume that it is still in good quality when you feed it to the animal.
