How to start a Meat Shop/Stalls

Good day to all,
Starting a new forum to discuss anything about starting
Meat Shops/Stalls
. I'm sure po meron pong mga member dito who can share their ideas in coming up with Meat Shops, whether hi-end or kahit stall lng sa palengke.
Some of the questions we'd like to know:
1. What's your
driver
in coming up with this business (e.g., dahil mababa lw kaya nagtayo na lng kyo, or yan ung unang business nyo before having a pig farm?, etc.)
2. Magakno tamang
kapital
let say kung a.) meat stall lng sa palengke b.) separate meat shop tlga?
3. Ano pong dapat
iconsider
before you go into this business?
4. Ano pong mga
legal requirements
?
5. How much po ung additional
earning
vs kung ibebenta ung sariling baboy as lw lng?
6. Kapag
di naubos
ung benta,
freezer
lng po b katapat?
Pwede nyo ring dagdagan ang list kung kulang po. This will give us an idea if we are ready to

into this business.

Depending on your own situation,difference for some can mean making money or going broke.Selling hogs to 2nd parties comes down to wholesale prices while having your own meat outlet allows the producer, retail prices.Sometimes the difference between wholesale and retail,your profit depending on the size of your operation.One also needs some monies to start their own retail outlet.
-rental on your outlet,is water and electric included in your rental or extra
-permits,police,health and mayor,yearly licence
-any renovations,paint,counter space,water supply,sink,roof repairs,bathroom,etc.
-wages for someone to run the daily operations
-will you also sell cooked products on the side,some people like to order cooked products also
-freezer,cooler,stove
-are you able to produce enough of your own livestocks or will you need to secure from outside sources
nothing in life is a given but one has to look at their own situation and decide what might work best for themselves.For some it might work out,for others it might not be worth all the extra hassle.

1. stall - pricey ang stall sa wet market. if you have a place na pwede paglagyan na matao much better..
2. if you know how to make langonisa, etc better.
3. legal - requirements? diko din alam , malamang sanitary and business permit, i am not sure kung meron pa permit sa nmis....
4. Earning - double...as long as mabenta mo siya lahat...

Entering into this business needs to be full-time rin even if monitoring ka lng. unless may katiwala ka.
