Sa sobrang baba ng lw ngaun, I'm planning have a stall na lng sa wet market. Per before that I'd like to know the dress weight ng 90kg lw fattener, ilang % usually ung naaalis after slaughter? Aside sa cost ng stall and permits, ano pa po dapat kong iconsider?

Thanks.

ipag palagay mo na 10-20% mawala.

then you need to consider na iba ibang parts , iba iba ang price ... then may mga parts na mahirap ibent like ulo, paa .. you need to think of ways para madispose ito.

dapat mataas ang liveweight, kung tutuusin kasi konti ang supply.

Thanks Bernie.
To compare, eto po ung result, let me knwo kung may mali po. You'll earn 3-4k per head more when you sell it sa end customer pla.

1. Selling it as LW
90kg x P90 = P8,100

2. Selling it sa end customer
90kg * 85% = 76.5kg dress wt
Average per kg cost = P160
76.5kg x 160 = P12,240

Additional earnings:  12,240 - 8,100 = 4,140 less slaughter, transpo and other related cost (500) = 3,640
