what documents from different agencies in the government do i need to start a piggery business?

kung small time lang nman ... mga 10 - 20 heads lang. Pwede ka lang ask sa barangay clearance etc... minsan kahit ala pa.

kapag malakihan need mona business permit, brangay permit, ecc permit etc...

Kung ilan numbers of heads of animal before ka kuha ng permit nagvavary per munisipyo ata eh. Better asked your local government nalang.

Doc, i have my 25 sow level, do i need to acquire business permit from BIR, sabi kasi ng iba hanggat tumatanggap ka ng pera (sales) dapat daw may BIR.. Pero meron na akong permit galing sa municipyo... Nagbayad ako tax every january... Meron kasi ako truck gusto ko sana markahan ng logo ng baboyan baka kasi masilip na wala ako BIR.. Kailangan pa ba ang BIR sa scale ng baboyan ko doc?

 i do believe so na dapat may BIR. although most of the backyard raiser ( international definition 50 sow level below) here in the Philippines wala pong BIR. One reason i do believe is nontaxable ang agriculture . So ang BIR ay for the purpose na masabing exempted ka sa tax.

Ang alam ko na rule is agriculture is exempted sa tax pero kung yun baboy mo ay ginawa mong tocino or benenta mo sa palengke yun may tax na.
ang exempted lang is yun at its pure form/nonprocessed...  try to ask around din po, i am not sure kasi pero i do believe ito yun rule.

edit ko lng 50 sow level below backyard per international definition...

Gudpm gusto ko po magstart ng piggery business. ano po ba ang mga dapat ko iconsider at alamin bago ako magbitaw ng puhunan. may sariling pwesto na po ako. baboy na lang ang kulang. pero di ko po alam kung pano simulan. mas maganda po ba na inahing baboy muna ang alagaan ko>

mag fattener po muna sila, kapag nagustuhan nila saka po sila mag inahin...

things to consider:

biyahero and market price ng liveweight.
source of water, eletricity
agricultural zoning
supplier of feeds
caretaker/ kayo ba mag aalaga.
