Data for an average 75kg live pig. I understand they sell the pata for 100/kg, a piece is less than 1.5kg. 300 ang ulo. Laman loob . More or less, 200 Pesos in total. Atay usually half kilo = 70. Baga = 60. Isaw = 60. Choice cuts without the above laman loob = 140. Again as of today here in Orani,Bataan. 11/15/2007. |
