Hi Doc Nemo,
Ask ko lang sana opinyon mo about sa gilt ko almost 10 months na sya nang nagpakita nang landi.
After that, pina-AI ko na rin at di na nasunod yung 2nd heat na dapat dun sa pakasta since matanda
ang gilt ko. Tama po ba ang ginawa ko?

Usually ganyan nalang tlaga ang ginagawa if tumanda na hindi agad naglandi.
Don't expect na lang na madami ang anak ng kanilang inahin although kung sakaling marami consider it nalang as a bonus

doc ano po ang gagawin ng sa sow para maglandi kaagad after 5-7 days
tinurukan ko na po ng vit ADE during weaning time, 30 days na wala parin sign

baka naman po silent heat lang or turukan nyo gonadin.. or any pampalanding gamot... after 3 days maam okay na po yunn ready for AI na po....

tnks yuan, yung isang gilt ko 61/2months d parin nagpapakita nag landi at napansin ko madalang ang pag-uubo,
d b naglalandi ang gilt pag may karamdaman?

Yup bigyan na nila ng hormone. Masyado nang mahaba ang 30 days. Unless sobra payat or taba ng kanilang inahin kaya hindi ito magheat. pero kung ok naman yun weight then give hormone na.
possible na hind maglandi ang baboy kapag ito ay may karamdaman

tama un sir alex nakakaapekto din kasi pagkakaroon ng karamdaman... and sir dapat bago mo ito ipakasta dapat mature na ang firtility ng mga gilt mo.... Good day... sana share pa natin lahat ng experience and problem para magtulungan tayong isolve ang mga ibang problema.....

may isang f1 gilt ako 8.5mos old na ayaw lumandi, maganda yung katawan around 120kgs.
-dewormed na sya, vit. ade and boar teasing method at pina stress ko p sya, pero ala parin nangyari
- bad experience ko kc noon tinurukan ko ng gonadin ang isang gilt ko, lumandi sya pina AI ko pero d naman nabuntis
nasayang yung time and money.
anong gagawin ko dito sa gilt ko na ayaw lumandi doc, turukan ko din ng gonadin? natatakot ako doc bk kc d rin mabuntis.
Baka may ibang paraan doc.. salamato po..

imagine nyo nalang po kung hinintay nyo at naglandi tapos pinabreed nyo possible din na hindi magtuloy ang pagbubuntis....
as much as possible last resort sana ang hormonal kasi sayang ang pera , pero kung minsan kasi nastress mo na, napainom mo na ng ibat ibang vitamins, napatabi mo na sa sow na naglalandi , sa boar etc.. pero hindi pa rin siya maglandi landi...in the end malaki din nagastos mo sa kakahintay....
personally, ang system ko kasi kapag nasa 10-14 days above at hindi naglalandi saksak na agad ng hormone like gonadin... sayang kasi yun araw na hihintayin na kumakain siya pero hindi maglandi...
worst case scenario nalang eh meron siyang problem sa ovary at hindi talaga siya pwedeng makabuo/magbuntis kahit na mapilit siyang maglandi.

ung isang sow ko tagal maglandi bale 2nd parity na nya kung magbubuntis, inabot ng 60 days bago maglandi mula pagka awat biik kung hindi ko pa inject ng gonadin eh hindi sya maglalandi, tama po ba na pina AI ko na noong naglandi dahil sa gonadin or dapat ay pinalipas ko na muna ung landi nya bago ko ipa AI ung sow ko.
