Sheep and Lambs: When compared to last week's sale slaughter lambs sold very
firm. Heavier weight lambs weighing over 100 lbs were sharply higher, up to
40.00 higher. Ewes sold steady to 5.00 higher. Demand good with active trade.
Slaughter supply consisted of 86 percent lambs, 8 percent slaughter ewes, and
6 percent miscellaneous stock. All sheep and lambs are destined for non-
traditional markets. All sheep and lambs are sold by the hundred weight, on
actual weights.

Sheep and Lambs: When compared to last week's sale, a larger percentage of
lower quality lambs were on offer and sold weak. Lambs weighing less than 80
lbs were mostly 20.00 lower while lambs weighing over 80 lbs were 10.00-15.00
lower. Ewes sold mostly steady. Demand was light with moderate trade.
Slaughter supply consisted of 76 percent lambs, 12 percent slaughter ewes,
and 12 percent miscellaneous stock. All sheep and lambs are destined for non-
traditional markets. All sheep and lambs are sold by the hundred weight, on
actual weights.

Slaughter Goats: Compared to last week's sale, slaughter kids sold mostly
steady, while Selection 1 nannies were mostly 10.00 lower and billy goats
were 10.00-15.00 lower. Demand was moderate at the beginning of the sale but
as the sale progressed, finished very good. Goat supply consisted of 62
percent kids, 15 percent nannies, 6 percent billies, and 17 miscellaneous.
