Title: Goat flooring Post by: mikey on November 08, 2007, 01:58:54 AM Good flooring for your goats is important, most will use bamboo for flooring and it does work, some drawbacks, will always smell no matter how times you wash it,takes longer to dry. There is a product made for goat flooring, plastic, expensive but easier to clean, less odors, dries fast. Will try this flooring in our new goat barn now under construction, the rough estimate we have now, will work out to cost about 1200.00 P per goat.not cheap, one may save in the long run with lower maintance and labour cost, and healthier stock.
