I need to rent a pig farm in Laguna. If you have a vacant pig farm in Laguna that you are not using or you are trying to sell, why not rent it and make money? Let's face it, nobody wants to buy a vacant pig farm that does not appear to be a profitable enterprise. If you are trying to sell your vacant pig farm, it is to your benefit to rent it to me. It's a win-win situation because I need a facility to raise pigs and you need the appearance of a profitable pig farm to sell. Nobody will buy a vacant pig farm. Many people will be interested in buying a successful pig farm. So rent your pig farm facility to me and we both win. It's really a no brainer! I am going to build a pig breeder farm in Laguna or Batangas, Philippines, where my family has land, and I am having difficulty getting accurate numbers regarding start up costs and potential return on investment/profit. I plan to begin with 10-20 sows.

Hello Dr. Nemo ~
I am going to open a pig farm in Laguna. I have family that do backyard pig farming there, and family that do commercial pig farming in Batangas. The numbers that I am getting with respect to start up costs and potential ROI vary considerably. Can you tell me what start up costs I can anticipate to build a pig farm facility for 20 sows to begin with? I do not need to purchase the property as my family owns it, but I will be building the facility from scratch. Thank you so much in advance for your help. Also, is there an English version of your book available for purchase?
