Oral multivitamins po ba siya?
You could try 5 ml orally. For one pig only, try to observe it there is no adverse reaction for the whole day.
If you think it is okay then you can continue and stop if some problems arises.
hi doc... good day po sa kanila, doc anu po bang mga vitamins ang ibinibigay sa mga alaga mula weaned hanggang sa tuluyang pagbenta...ganun din po sa gilt at sow..to prevent them from having this disease thank you....

The most common dewormer in the market is ivermectin, levamisole, fenbedazole.
Personally, i go for ivermectin. Brand name ivomec.

it will not get pregnant because there will be no ovum in the reproductive tract of the animal. the heat of the animal is a sign that a ova will be released. So, its a way the animal is saying you need to breed her.
Injuries would result from force mating. Sprain, wounds etc..
thank you doc...

Doods, goats are bred with the natives to improve milk and meat qualities. The native in general has better disease resistance, when upgraded or crossbred, one is looking for offspring that will have better qualities. One can breed for milk or meat or both.I will say, once you have bred up to a F3,there is very little native left in the blood lines.Plus its a cost factor. One good breeding buck can service a fair number of doe goats. Region 7: Support The Goat:
hi sir..good day to you...sir is there any possibility a doe will get pregnant if we force them to mate even if they are not in heat?is there any bad effect to kid?

Believe it or not, a goat kid of either sex can be fertile at 7 weeks of age. That is not to say that they should be bred at this age. Intact bucks and does over 7 weeks of age should not be kept together because a young buck can, and will, breed a female at 2 months of age, this includes his mother and 2 month old sister!
sir, Is it true,a high breed class of goat are slow breeders?slow to double its self when it comes to their breeding ability, and how many times does a highbreed doe breed each year?thank you sir,

Dadiangas Goat: this is common in Dadiangas (now known as General Santos City),South Cotabato. It is a mixture of native, nubian, jamnapari goats and some may have some alpine or saanen blood. It varies in color. Its milk production and butterfat content are a little higher than the native goats. This breed thrives best in the drier areas of the country. Anyone crossbreeding this goat with a A-N or Boer.I would like to know the results of the crossbreeding. mikey
sir,in terms of goat breeding why do we use upgrade or upgraded is this a cross breeding, right?

LIVESTOCKS / Small ruminant (sheep and goat) / Re: Where to Sell goats?
|
on: April 08, 2008, 06:26:21 PM

This is the main problem in any livestock business, where to sell your product.
Same as with hogs there are biyahero's for this kind of business. The problematic part is where to locate this people. This is the things that you could do.
1. You could try to ask nearby goat raisers where they sell their product. 2. Go to the nearest market and ask the stall owners there. 3. Go to restaurant that offers kambing delicacy and ask them where they get their stock or who supply them. 4. Contact the local goat raiser association in your area (usually you can ask the Munincipal agricultural office for this) 5. Go to the nearest municipal agricultural office and ask them if they know any biyahero's. 6. Pay someone to find you a biyahero.
Usually if you find one or two biyahero others will follow.
sir..thank you this info.will help us alot..thank you
