Hi mr mikey you have some good ideas I just have to keep it in mind plus have a plan just in case people starting moving in on are piggery.Its to bad but land is getting all used up on housing as the population is getting bigger and not enough for farming people have to eat.I will be looking into biogas to run all the fans and airconditioning and to run all the lights .So I will need alot of help maybe I sould try to find someone to hire in davao to do such a job.

Hi all we have set up a biogas in our new septic tank. You will see when I fix my comp hehe.I would like to know what special mechanical stuff needed to run a generator plus the cost to set up this project.How many heads would you need to run a generator for 24 hrs?.I would like to try to design a new style piggery totally inclosed and have a large fan push out the smell high up in the sky.I need to have a plan inplace if people start moving close to are piggery and start complaining as I have spent large money setting this piggery up.I hope you can understand what I am trying to explain..

Hey would it not be easyer to have a septic tank?Are farm does not smell that much because we have a septic tank and wash the pigs 2 times a day.Then you could get the big truck come and suck it all up hehe.

In the phillipines do you have these lights that attracts the mosquitos and zaps them on contact?Plus we would have some light on the farm at night time and hopfully less bugs hehe just a thought.

Hi mikey what about using this bio gas? for power I have been giving it so thought..You are lucky not many people around your farm.I would be willing to give it a try on a small scale,and again there would be less of a threat for outside desieses .

Hi nemo and all.My quistion is here in canada we have barns to keep the pigs in what if we built a barn (totally inclosed) and had an excaust fan on top of the roof that would be also a good way to keep the smell down right?Another reason for this is to keep the birds and mosquitos out.We had a pig (fattener)die the other day from a mosquito bite..Is this possible ever hear about that?
