Paghahalo ng darak sa pakain ng broiler

doc, bumili ako ng 100hds broiler at pinuro ko ng pakain til 30 days old then hinaluan ko ng 50% pure starter mash and 50% darak. sa kadahilanan na mataas pa rin ang presyo ng commercial feeds pero di naman tumataas ang live weight price ng chicken.nagkaproblema ako sa timbang at the end na in 45 days old, nameet lang nito ang maximum liveweght na 1 ½  kilo thats the sad part . this is my first time na magalaga and planning to buy more heads after disposal. my concern lang 1) pipupuro po ba ang pakain until disposal ang 45days/broiler? 2)at kung naghahalo man ng pakain ano po ang percentage ng dami ng darak  para mamaintain ang timbang?  kase po if you are raising 5000 heads theres no way na ipuro ito til disposal? 3)ano po inihahalo sa inumin para makadagdag ng timbang?kung meron po kayong pamplets to help me calculate or program of feeding pakisend naman po sa jpwebline@yahoo.com. malaking tulong po ito. maraming salamat po.

Usually, it is advised to feed your animal pure commercial feeds. By adding darak etc, you are making the feeds unbalanced.

What i can suggest is that you consult your feed manufacturer / feed dealer about the feeding guidelines of their product.

To be honest broiler raising is not that very promising. there are times that liveweights are very low that you are forced to sell your stock without a profit at all. At some point bentang palugi pa.

doc i noticed na yong mga broiler ko kung huminga e parang sinisipon o parang mga palaka ang ingay ng hininga, wala naman sipon akong napapansin lalo na sa tanghaling tapat. normal lang ba to sa init ng panahon?anong remedyo para mabawasan ito?

provide better ventilation. Add industrial fan sa kulungan mo.

There is such a term as heat stroke in poultry. They tend to breath through their mouth and in the long term it could cause mortality or slow growth in your flock.

Give vitamins, usually if the bird is stressed, disease will set in.

Tanong ko lang doc.kase nitong huling alaga ko ng 75 heads of broiler parang wala akong tinubo. pinakain ko ng adlib mga alaga ko til 35days old na sila. from 35 days old nagsimula na kong magbenta dahil umabot na sa 1.75kg ang iba, 1.50kg ang iba at ang aramihan ay 1.25 kg. tama bang ibenta sila sa mga ganitong kilo/bigat at edad o kailangan hintayin ko talagang umabot hanggang 45 days ang mga ito? meron abng ideal net weight na dapat hintayin bago sila ibenta? kase sabi nila, the shorter time na bumigat at madispose sila ng maaga mas less ang gastusin sa feeds at tutubo ka.ang farm gate price dito ay P95/kilo, ang feed price ay P1045-booster, P1035-starter, P1005-grower. umubos na ko ng P9,000+ sa feeds including chicks. sa calculation ko pag nabenta lahat ay nasa P9,000++ lang. tama ba ang procedure na nagawa ko?please advise me to maximise ang profit sa poultry.kung itototal ito, nakakuha lang ako ng profit na P500 pero kung tutuusin lugi talaga + pagod pa. please advice po ung right way WHEN to sell, WHAT weight & age to sell etc. thanks in advance.

Weight atleast should be 1.6 -1.7 kg. Better shorter ang days but still you should attain the weight range of 1.6-1.7 kg.

Poultry and laying animal is a delicate business and by volume ka tlaga kikita or sobrang ikakalugi mo.

In poultry contract growing around 8-10 pesos per bird ang bayaran ngayon. and i think in commercial poultry around 10-20 pesos ang kita in a good harvest.

But due to high feed price, income in poultry is becoming less and less.

yea and its disappointing. kumikita lang dito ay ang mga feeds manufacturer. i heard that some poultry ay nahahalo ng pinong buhangin sa pakain ng broiler para bumigat ito. in 32days old ay tumitimbang ito ng 2.5kg na... nakaencounter na ba kayo ng ganitong feeding way?

Some people to increase their profit add sand to the feed of the chicken.
THis will give the chicken an additional 100-300 grams . The additional weight is due to the weight of the sand and not because the sand is converted to meat.
