acerxz,

If your area is an agricultural zone then poultry business is an option for you.

But if there are houses near your target area i would suggest to look for another site.

livestock business is a malodorous  business so most of the time your neighbor will report you or will try to close you down. Whether you have a permit or not the general welfare of the community will be the top priority of the government.  If your farm is malodorous then the government will shut you down.

Mixing 2 different feeds will alter the balance ratio of the commercial mix.
what you pay for in commercial feeds is the balance ratio.
At the same time you need to follow the recommendation of the feed company so you could assess whether the said feed have been beneficial to you.
Once you mixed other products kasi there will be more variables that might affect the growth of your animal and in the long run you cannot assess whether the feed have been beneficial or not in the growth your animal.

There are times that the  technique of one farm is beneficial for them but will not yield the same result when tested/tried to another farm.

Hello Doc
Good Morning
Pa send naman po ng LAYER Chicken guide to satrt a poultry business
thanks
angel

If you will start at 30 heads atleast you need to have 3 males.

It will start to lay eggs around 18-24 weeks of age. So, you need a nest for them.

if you will use native chicken you could sell it at  around 3 months or earlier depending on the diet/feeds that you will give.

Normally, native chicken's liveweight is more expensive than broiler .

Slaughter it yourself.
