friends,
i have a college friend looking for an investor to expand their business, very transparent sila and prospects for the business is booming (product supply cant cope up with demand)
you can even study the business while engaged with them, they have the know-how and they're looking for P3M to start a bigger operation, collateral is the P5M property where the business itself will stand, they're not even asking for P3M outright .. the payment scheme is really good (see proposal), backed by PDCs of course .. always open for meetups and site visits .. know anyone who might be interested?
