Kung ikaw ang magwewelding and magsesemento syempre bababa pa ang cost niyan... Try to go to some agri-trade fair para makakita sila ng mga pen and prices nito.. Although, meron na ngayon specialized na flooring like Mik, pero yun availability kasi ang problem. Just be sure na maganda yun suporta na gagawin nila para hindi agad mabasag or masira yun flooring.
