The simplest way is to wet the feeds put yeast and cover it tightly for 1 week then this feed will be fermented. It is a mix of yeast and anaerobic bacterial reaction. IT is not very common because it is time consuming and the said benefit is not that big/ economical to warrant attention. Also, if fermentation is excessive overdose of alcohol in feeds might kill the animal.
AS disinfectant, one product of fermentation is alcohol so it could be use but again there are better option.

doc, sa health po ba may ma-contribute ito if used properly? natanong ko lang po kasi i'm using yeast sa bakery, one source of feeds i'm thinking is yong mga lumang tinapay, although wala talagang natitira kasi puede itong recycle
puede pa po bang bigay sa baboy yong tinapay na inamag tapos e-toast then pakain sa baboy?
thanks po ulit...
