Panu nagkakaroon nito ang baboy?
Panu ito maiiwasan?
Panu ang gamutan para gumaling sa sakit na ito ang baboy?

Septicemia is a general term that may mean excessive microorganism or toxin in the blood, blood poisoning etc...

any bacteria, virus  and toxin could cause this condition.

Prevention would be good sanitation and management.

Treatment antibiotic, multivitamins , electrolytes and the likes...

The sign you mentioned could be from simple insect bite, erysipelas, hog cholera, PND, pityriasis rosea , glassers etc...

I would just suggest that it is more appropriate if a vet could see the lesion of the animal.
While waiting for a vet you could give vitamin supplements to your herd. THis would increase their immunity to diseases.
