This is not a easy one to tackle, some will say they like the taste of raw milk over pasturized milk, some cheese makers prefer raw milk to make their brand of cheese. My personal opinion is this,I feel more secure if the milk I drink is pasturized first, bacteria grows fast in the tropics, pasturizing the milk first is a safe guard against getting sick. One can pasturized their own milk at home very easy, first boil the milk for 3 minutes, take it off the heat and cool it down, now you have pasturized milk for your home use,and some security the milk is safe to drink, one should keep all pots and bottles clean at all times.
