How can I tell if my goat is pregnant?

The normal gestation time is 145-155 days. Some breeds tend to kid on the early side and some on the late side. Count 150 days from when the doe was bred and prepare for kids at least week before. (Our herd actually averages 6 days early, which means we are prepared for our does kidding at day 142)
Due Date Calculator- Use Calculator to help estimate when your doe will kid.
You cannot tell if a goat is pregnant by looking at them.

If your goat is pregnant, she will no longer respond to the billy when she's in season, and she will not come on heat again when she's in season . You can always have the vet do a blood test, or have an ultrasound done.
