MANG BOK’S MANOK - franchise

Determined to provide the buying public with a better alternative of grilled food products, a group of businessmen spearheaded by Mr. Michael Chua acting as General Manager, established the first MANG BOK’S MANOK outlet in September 2002.

Its first outlet opened in Mandaluyong City, and since then, MANG BOK’S MANOK rapidly gained popularity throughout the area because of its freshly cooked, mouth-watering and affordable line of roasted/lechon products. Designed to cater to the BC economic class, the management’s aim is to provide high quality food that’s within the budget of the working class.

“Mapapa…bok-bok-bok… ka sa Sarap!” has been it0s tag line in keeping up with its commitment and in getting ahead of its competitors.

MANG BOK’S focuses on quality, cleanliness, and a very unique way of packaging unlike any of its competitors. The roasted products can be taken home in specially designed styro-foam packages that are very hygienic and easy to carry.

In its first year of operations, MANG BOK’S MANOK opened 12 outlets within the metropolis. By the end of 2003, 30 outlets more came into existence. To date, MANG BOK’S MANOK has a total of more than 50 outlets to cater to its ever-growing customers all over Metro Manila.

Its mission is to provide customers with high quality thru value for money and to improve on existing product lines thru continuing product research and development. It aims to stay ahead of competition by making the MANG BOK’S MANOK name synonymous to high quality and value. The management decided to further expand the business thru franchising and aims to establish more outlets nationwide.
