we already had an 800sqm lot.. ideal for hito raising...
What would be the first step to start a hito business Thanks a lot.

Ang kagandahan ng hito hindi sila maselan katulad ng ibang isda, yung nga lang voracious eater yang mga yan... kahit ano kinakain.

source of feeds pwedeng lumang tinapay, intestine ng baboy or other meat by products...

tn ulit doc nemo... bali may nabalitaan lang ho ako na african hito, parang magandang klase siya na hito malalaki.. may nakita nga din po akong farm sa ikaapat nilang lagoon ng babuyan nandoon po ang mga hito, medyo malinis tingnan ang lagoon doon..
Tama po kau doc madali lang tlga alagaan ang hito, kaya ito po gusto naming isunod na ibusiness, di masyado kelangan ng maintenance... Ang iniisip ko lang po kung sino kaya ang maaring buyer/hauler ng mga hito? may idea po kayo?? salamat

doc maganda din ho kaya sa itaas ng fish pond (hito) is may 45days chicken para deretso ang dumi sa tubig at maari yun pagkain din ng mga hito??  kung baga sabay ko mahaharvest both hito at 45days chicken?? salamt

heto na ang itatayo naming fish pond para sa hito..
hinikayan ulit namin kasi maraming lupa at yung 826sqm
hinati namin sa apat na pond.

ano pa ho advise nyo sa amin.?

african hito po ba ilalagay nila. so side lang naman sila maglalagay. di naman sila maselan matakaw lang... kung dumi ng manok and even entrails kinakain nila.

Doc ang plan pa nga po namin dyan may 45days chicken na kulungan sa itaas ng fishpond, hehe, Para ang dumi ng manok deretso sa ibaba, para kainin naman ng hito, at sabay pa ma didispose/maharvest..
