Greetings, I live in Oslob, Cebu and I plan to grow approximately 5,000 sqm of sugarcane there. Could someone tell me where and how I could get the necessary planting materials for this?

Also, I'd like to buy molasses in 200L drums. Kindly recommend a source or seller in Cebu please.
