gud day po, i am a newbei here. i am an OFW and planning to have a piggery business. honestly po, nkapagpatayo na me ng building para sa piggery ko. nkadesign ho sya para sa INAHIN. so i am planning this september malagyan ko na ng baboy. my first plan is INAHIN lng muna pero ang alam ko po it will took 3-4 months bago manganak ang baboy kung hindi me nagkakamali kasi honestly ho, WALA po akong background sa business na ito. So, i am planning na sabayan ko ng FATTENER para atleast hindi sayang ung paghihintay kc po bumabayad me ng nag-aalaga and my father is the one supervising it kc and2 me abroad. i am planning to start ng anim (6) na inahin this month pero ung building n pinagawa ko ay nkadesign ng 12 na inahin, including nursery, at 3 paanakan. balak ko na gamitin muna ung nursery area habang nag-hihintay pa manganak ang inahin. OK lng po ba iyon? ska po, i am curious lng kung alin ang mas maganda interms of ROI, Fattener or pag-iinahin? bka pwede po makahingi ng ROI for both fattener raising at pag-iinahin. e2 pla po email address ko... melvin_16smb@yahoo.com. thanks po

As of now di ko pa nagagawa ang ROI ng pag aalaga ng baboy pero pag natapos ko po papadala ko sa kanila. Maybe by next week.

Hope to see you again in this forum.

Thanks

thanks! i checked it already. regarding the building cost of my piggery, it really depends on the materials to be used at laki ng building.

Thank you for this info. Atleast we could all have a better idea on different housing construction cost. And like you said it will depend on materials and specs but at least this could be a simple guide.

This is a bit old thread but would like to check with Melvs kung ok ung business mo na to to-date? Given na mataas rin ung nagastos mo, were you able to check for the ROI?

Nkpagpagawa rin ako ng initial building 50sqm xa (5x10) solely for fattening, may 5 pens (2x3m) at ung last is ginwa kong stock room. Inabot rin ako ng 80k all in all. Right now, may expansion akong pnpgawa, 1/3 p lng ung tpos, pero pwede ng ilipat ung mga biik ko dun, 7x7 p lng nattpos, pero ung total length nya is 25m. Masarap maging project ito pla =)
Na eenjoy ko every time when i think of planning the pen design, up to feeding, medicating the hogs. Heheh... Bk in due time, I might opt to choose this business at a full blast. Hopefully, lahat ng plans e mag click, let's cross our fingers. Grin
