Hi Doc I am wondering what is the adverage cost for a labourer who just cleans the pens and does regular work around the farm?We give food a place to stay so what sould the salary be?slyfox what pay do you give for your farm workers?is food included?place to stay?We have a problem with one worker I need to now ok thankx

It would cost from 2,000 - 3,000. Free housing and food. You could consult also your local  government about this. This is area specific different area have different labor cost.

 If you hire a skilled personnel,  meaning those with degree holder like animal science etc. it would cost around 6,000++ above.

It doesn't necessary means that this what you have to pay. I am not sure but there are still some exemption to this rule. So, better go to your local government office.
