Investor like you in our country is most welcome.  There are many idle lands in the country.  Everything will boil down to having no sufficient capital why lands are not being cultivated.  Owners would be happy to see their idle lands being nurtured.   You can maybe start with my 4 hectare raw land (lol).

It is possible, the onlyy problem would be what variety of plants you would plant and how much do you need to be able to sustain your animal.

I think they call it sustainable agricultural on which it is a cycle feeds is grown then fed the animal then manure of animal is used to feed the land.
