good day po sa lahat at kay Doc,

             gusto ko pong mag-start ng BUY N' SELL business n fattener na pwede kong ibenta sa market (palengke)... help me naman po kung san ako makakabili ng liveweight dito sa laguna area or nearby provinces, magkano po ba liveweight ngayon!!...!!! AT ADVICE NA DIN PO BOUT SA TOPIC (selling price sa market, what to do and everything) thanks po.... e-mail me...!!

Yun makahanap ng baboy as long as may sasakyan ka madali na lang po yun.. ang mahirap po ay makahanap ka ng suki sa palengke.

Sa palengke kasi meron  na sari sariling suki yang mga yan... Yun mga  bago sa ganitong business ang ginagawa is pinapautang nalang nila sa tindera para mabili lang sa kanila ang problem nga lang minsan may mabait na tindera na halos gawin hulugan ang bayad sa iyo, minsan isang buwan na hindi pa sila bayad....

maari ba akong makakuha gaya ng sa monteray..? pano po ba ang proseso sa kanila..!? may minimum po ba na dami..!? at ang problema ko pa po ay ang pagpapakatay, single manpower lang po ko,,,  makakakuha po ba ko sa kanila ng katay na...!?

sa monteray kasi ang alam ko yung meron sila is franchise ng store...not sure kung magkano investment

sa pagpapakatay naman, once na nakakuha ka na sa backyard ng baboy then pwede mo ideretso sa slaughterhouse then it deliver sa palengke....I

Inaasume ko na middleman/ biyahero ang gusto mo na business.pagbiyahero ka kasi you need 2 helper para sila ang manghuli, magtimbang etc.. ng baboy na bibilin mo at ikaw ang kanilang driver para tipid sa bayad sa driver.

parang ganun na nga po, middleman...!!!! well, salamat po ng marami sa advice...!!! if kung may maisa-suggest pa po kayo ay makakayulong po ng malaki sakin,, ngayun palang po kasi ako maguumpisa sa ganitong business...!!!

e doc, pano naman kung ang balak ko e bibili ako biik, palalakihin, tapos pag mataba na ang babsie e benta ko na, pano ang magiging kalakaran pag ganun?

wala sana ako balak mag inahin pero pag medyo nasanay na siguro ako sa mga biik muna.. balak ko kasi paalaga lang din...

iniisip ko lang kung pano makakahanap ng mga buyer ng babsie....

sa case na ganyan , ikaw naman ang lalapitan ng biyahero, marami naman pong umiikot or pwede silang magtanong sa mga palengke kung meron kilala silang mga biyahero...

pero tanong ko lang po yung potential income ng ganitong model po?  mga ilang percent po sa palagay ninyo ang potential profit margin ko after sales po? assuming na 10 na babsie po...

i texted a raiser today ang sabi niya....

Kung maganda ang laki ng baboy at 95 per kilo liveweight kikita ka ng around 1300 bawat isa (bulacan)

i do think ito yun minimum kapag maayos ang pag laki ng baboy

 may nakontak na po kong slautherhause at buyer na magddipose ng product sa market.... ang problem ko po ngayon ay kug san mkakakuha ng fattener na maibibigay sa buyer ko.... can you help me doc....!!!!?

ang next step is try to go to MAO - Municipal Agricultural office... sila po kasi yun may mga listahan / nakakaalam ng area kung saan meron / maraming nag aalaga ng baboy...

salamat boss nemo...  much help po itong forum niyo na ito...  buti na lang nakilala ko kayo at unti unti ako nagkakaron ng kaalaman na kailangan ko sa binabalak ko na pasukin na kumikitang kabuhayan...

follow up question po, confirm ko lang yung average na expected ko na gastusin per babsie sa pagpapalaki...  nasa magkano po more or less bago ko siya mabenta ang gagastusin ko per babsie doc?

I want to be a meat supplier/distributor to canteens/households/restaurant

1.  Where do i source my meats for better profit/lesser risk/lesser headache
   a.  middlemen (buy sabit ulo) then patastas na lang or ipachop or buy meat slicer?
   b.  slaughterhouse ba ako makakahanp ng mga middle men?
2.  kapag sa middlemen ako bumili do i pay for deadweight/bultuhan?
3.  Paano iyong lamang loob kapag nagdala ka live swine for slaughtering do you get
the internal organs for selling as well?
4.  san po makakahanap ng biyahero/middlemen?
5.  If buying from middlemen do they give you certificate na galing slaughterhouse iyong swine
6.  I know this last question maybe off topic, mas okay bang frozen na lang ang kunin ko para
itrade or isupply?
