Hi Doc I was wondering what do the big farms do when they have hundreds of fatteners What do they do?sell for sows at a higher price?Or just sell for live weight?

They sell live weight.

Usually if you are a big farm there are meat processors, big middleman that regularly goes to your farm. And get your products. Some in cash, some in terms etc.
