I want to be a meat supplier/distributor to canteens/households/restaurant
1. Where do i source my meats for better profit/lesser risk/lesser headache
a. middlemen (buy sabit ulo) then patastas na lang or ipachop or buy meat slicer?
b. slaughterhouse ba ako makakahanp ng mga middle men?
2. kapag sa middlemen ako bumili do i pay for deadweight/bultuhan?
3. Paano iyong lamang loob kapag nagdala ka live swine for slaughtering do you get
the internal organs for selling as well?
4. san po makakahanap ng biyahero/middlemen?
5. If buying from middlemen do they give you certificate na galing slaughterhouse iyong swine
6. I know this last question maybe off topic, mas okay bang frozen na lang ang kunin ko para
itrade or isupply?
